A semester long studies on the New Testament. This class begins with the inter-testamental period and proceeds through the gospels, the Pauline epistles, and letters to the churches. Students will combine research skills, Web skills, and Bible scriptures in producing products that demonstrate mastery of objectives.
This hybrid course is an introductory course in computer programming using Java. It is designed to emphasize the fundamentals of computer programming using object-oriented programming.
College Prep Chemistry is a comprehensive, first-year chemistry course that covers all basic chemistry extensively enough to help students be successful with college chemistry should they decide to take it. A student may move into the AP chemistry class from college-prep chemistry with approval.
Pre-AP Chemistry is a one-year precursor to AP Chemistry. It is a challenging course that exposes students to the basics of chemistry so they have a strong foundation to continue into the AP class the following year.
A continuation of first year chemistry, AP Chemistry is a college-board approved course equal to a first and second semester of college chemistry. Supplementary labs are used to provide students with hands-on experience with laboratory techniques and to foster independent thinking along with scientific inquiry. Students will also be exposed to different types of lab technology.
